目的:探讨翼状胬肉对眼表功能的影响。方法:选取我院眼科就诊的单眼原发性翼状胬肉患者52例。以翼状胬肉眼为病例组,另一只眼为正常对照组。分别对两眼行泪液分泌、泪膜破裂、角膜荧光素染色检查。结果:两组间Schirmer试验值异常率差异无显著性,病例组泪膜破裂时间试验值异常率明显高于对照组,病例组角膜荧光素染色评分明显高于对照组。结论:翼状胬肉对泪液分泌影响不明显,使泪膜破裂时间缩短、翼状胬肉表面结膜鳞状上皮化生及角膜上皮缺损,对眼表功能造成了明显损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of pterygium on ocular surface function. Methods: 52 cases of monocular primary pterygium treated with ophthalmology in our hospital were selected. Pterygium with the naked eye as the case group, the other eye as a normal control group. Respectively, two lines of tear secretion, tear film rupture, corneal fluorescein staining. Results: There was no significant difference in Schirmer test between the two groups. The abnormal rate of tear film test in case group was significantly higher than that in control group. The score of corneal fluorescein staining in case group was significantly higher than that in control group. CONCLUSION: The pterygium has no obvious effect on tear secretion, shortening tear film breakage, conjunctival squamous metaplasia on the surface of pterygium, and corneal epithelial defects, causing obvious damage to ocular surface.
