目的了解2009年卫辉市传染病流行特征及变化趋势,为有效预防控制我市传染病疫情提供科学依据。方法使用中国疾病预防控制中心所开发的“疾病监测信息报告管理系统”对2009年卫辉市法定传染病发病与死亡情况进行统计分析。结果 2009年卫辉市合计报告法定传染病19种、3 480例,总发病率为712.61/10万,死亡6例(甲型H1N1流感2例、艾滋病3例、狂犬病1例),死亡率为1.23/10万,病死率为0.17%。无甲类传染病报告;报告乙类传染病14种2 097例,发病率为429.41/10万,与上年相比上升31.96%;报告丙类传染病5种1 383例,发病率为283.20/10万,与上年相比上升88.09%。报告病例数居前5位的病种为:乙肝(1 372例)、手足口病(813例)、其他感染性腹泻病(557例)、肺结核(358例)、甲肝(148例)、共3 248例,占病例总数的93.33%。肠道传染病占总发病数的5.37%,呼吸道传染病占11.06%,血源及性传播疾病占43.47%,自然疫源及虫媒传染病占0.34%,丙类传染病占39.74%。结论在卫辉市法定传染病中,乙肝、手足口病、肺结核、其他感染性腹泻和甲肝仍是严重危害当地居民身体健康与生命安全的主要公共卫生问题。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and trends of infectious diseases in Weihui City in 2009 and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of epidemic situation of infectious diseases in our city. Methods The “Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System” developed by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention was used for statistical analysis of the incidence and death of notifiable infectious diseases in Weihui City in 2009. Results In 2009, 19 cases of statutory communicable diseases were reported in Weihui City, with a total incidence of 712.61 / 10 000 and 6 deaths (2 cases of type A H1N1 influenza, 3 cases of AIDS and 1 case of rabies) and the mortality rate was 1.23 / 100000, fatality rate was 0.17%. There were 14,020 cases of Class B infectious diseases, with a reported incidence of 429.41 / 100,000, up 31.96% over the previous year; 1 383 cases of 5 types of Class C infectious diseases were reported, with a prevalence of 283.20 / 100,000, up 88.09% from the previous year. The top five reported cases were hepatitis B (1 372), hand-foot-mouth disease (813), other infectious diarrhea (557), tuberculosis (358) and hepatitis A (148) 3 248 cases, accounting for 93.33% of the total number of cases. Infectious diseases of gut accounted for 5.37% of the total number of cases, respiratory diseases accounted for 11.06%, blood and sexually transmitted diseases accounted for 43.47%, natural foci and insect-borne infectious diseases accounted for 0.34%, C infectious diseases accounted for 39.74%. Conclusions Among the legal infectious diseases in Weihui City, hepatitis B, HFMD, tuberculosis, other infectious diarrhea and hepatitis A are still the major public health problems which seriously endanger the health and life safety of local residents.
