国际金融危机的爆发,使以外向型经济为主导的亚洲国家和地区的贸易体系遭受巨大困难。货币(本币)互换作为加强地区金融合作的一种方式,成为维持金融市场稳定、防范金融危机的有效途径,从而可使贸易伙伴间有效回避国际汇率风险和支付风险,推进双边贸易和投资,促进经济增长。因而,近期我国与相关贸易伙伴之间的货币互换与本币互换得到发展。本文对货币(本币)互换影响国际贸易的机制、对国际贸易的促进作用以及限制因素进行探讨,并提出相关建议。
The outbreak of the international financial crisis has caused tremendous difficulties in the trading system of Asian countries and regions that are dominated by the export-oriented economy. As a way to strengthen regional financial cooperation, currency (domestic currency) swap has become an effective way to maintain financial market stability and prevent financial crisis. As a result, trading partners can effectively avoid international exchange rate risks and pay risks, promote bilateral trade and investment, promote economic growth. Therefore, the exchange of currencies and exchange of domestic currency between China and its trading partners has recently been developed. This article discusses the mechanisms by which the exchange of currencies (domestic currency) affect international trade, the promotion of international trade and the limiting factors, and puts forward some suggestions.
