在社会主义市场经济发展新时期,转变政府职能是深化行政体制改革的核心,其实质上要解决的是政府应该做什么、不应该做什么,重点是政府、市场、社会的关系。经济新常态下,我国政府应该积极转变职能,积极推井政府简政放权,创新政府机构的行政管理方式,并加强事中事后监管,健全宏观调控体系。笔者在本文中就新常态下政府职能的转变进行简要分析,以期给相关研究人员以有益借鉴。
In the new period of socialist market economy development, the transformation of government functions is the core of deepening the reform of the administrative system. In essence, the government should solve what the government should do and what it should not do. The emphasis should be on the relations among the government, the market and the society. Under the new normal economic conditions, our government should actively change its functions, actively promote the government to streamline its administration and decentralization, innovate the administrative methods of government agencies, strengthen the supervision after events and improve the macro-control system. In this paper, the author makes a brief analysis of the change of government functions under the new normal in order to give relevant researchers a useful reference.
