随着我国经济的发展和国力的增强,人民生活水平的不断提升,旅游行业在快速的发展中逐步从卖方市场转变为买方市场,这就意味着我国旅行社行业总体的利润处在一种摊薄、变低的状态。面对这种状况,旅行社更应该加强企业内部财务工作的管理,有针对性地解决各种问题,进而提升利润空间。本文主要分析了旅行社内部的财务管理以及监督中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了几点对策,希望通过本文的阐述能够有效提升我国旅行社的财务管理及财务监管效率,同时也为我国旅游行业更好的发展和创新贡献力量。
