The purpose of this experiment was to demonstrate whether coenzyme Q10 has no protective effect on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury. Six mongrel dogs were divided into control group (Thonixs’ cold stop fluid) and Q_ (10) group, and the stop-off fluid plus Q_(10) 8mg/100ml.
