液芯轧制可以充分利用钢锭凝固过程所放出的潜热和缩短在炉时间,以实现节能。攀钢在北京钢铁学院模拟实验和理论计算的基础上,在现场进行了36炉8.5吨液芯钢锭的加热、轧制的工业试验。结果表明:8.5吨沸腾钢锭的最佳传搁时间是70~80分钟,钢锭在炉内的最短时间是50分钟左右,此时可实现液芯率6%左右的液芯轧制。液芯钢锭的加热工艺以采用逆L法或闷钢法为宜。
Liquid core rolling can take full advantage of the latent heat released during the solidification of the ingot and shorten the furnace time to achieve energy saving. Based on the simulation experiments and theoretical calculations of Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. conducted industrial tests on heating and rolling of 36-ton 8.5 ton liquid steel ingot at the scene. The results show that the best transfer time of 8.5 tons of boiling ingot is 70-80 minutes, the shortest time of ingot in the furnace is about 50 minutes, and the liquid core can be rolled at about 6%. Liquid steel ingot heating process to use inverse L method or boring steel method is appropriate.
