全国教育工作会议的召开和的颁布,是我国教育改革发展史上一个新的里程碑.该文根据论坛主题,结合作者学习贯彻的心得体会,提出在新的形势下,我国高等教育将更加重视和关注贯彻"以人为本"的发展理念,更加重视和关注人才培养模式和体制机制的改革创新,更加重视和关注质量保障和评价的制度建设.
