排队问题是建筑机械化施工组织管理中常见问题之一。例如,确定修理工数目;制定机具最佳配套方案;制定设备最佳订购策略;选择机械最佳效率;确定运行系统的可靠度;确定备用设备的最佳数目;确定施工场地内服务设施的最佳位置;制定作业计划等,都会遇到排队问题。本文仅利用概率论和随机过程理论来阐明常见的M/M/1和 M/M/S 排队模型特征,参数计算,以及举例说明 M/M/S 决策模型的经济分析方法。
The queuing problem is one of the common problems in the construction and management of construction mechanization. For example, to determine the number of repairmen; to develop the best supporting plan for the equipment; to formulate the best ordering strategy for the equipment; to choose the best mechanical efficiency; to determine the reliability of the operating system; to determine the optimal number of spare equipment; to determine the best service facilities within the construction site Locations; working plans, etc., will encounter queuing problems. This paper only uses probability theory and stochastic process theory to elucidate the common M/M/1 and M/M/S queuing model features, parameter calculations, and examples of economic analysis methods for the M/M/S decision model.
