水泡状胎块合并胎儿是较少见的产科情况,我科遇有一例,特为报导如下: 患者刘××,女,28岁。于1976年3月24日因闭经3~+月,腹部增大过速,伴剧吐近2月而入院。患者末次月经为1975年12月21日,闭经37天起,即有呕吐,不能进食。曾在某院住院治疗10余天,缓解后出院。出院后症状加剧,并自觉腹部增大迅速、近二周呕吐更剧,并呕出少量鲜血。伴头痛,并昏厥二次。近一周来又出现剧咳,痰中伴有血丝。发病以来无发烧、胸痛及阴道流血。患者结婚二年,1974年9月因妊娠反应重而人流一次。
