生铁中微量的铅,在通常的化学成份分析中,大多不列为测定的项目。鉴于当前在铸造上使用生铁时,对所使用的生铁中含铅量提出新的要求。因此,生铁中微量铅的测定又被提到日程上来。微量铅的测定过去多采用双硫踪比色法,此法虽曾长时期地被沿用于铁矿石分析,但操作繁琐冗长,并需用氰化物毒品,既费时而又容易污染环境。我们采用75—4B型快速极谱仪,选择适当条件,以阳极溶出伏安法较满意地解决了生铁中微量铅的测定,建立了生铁中痕量铅的快速极谱测定方法。
Trace lead in pig iron, most of the chemical composition of the analysis, most are not included in the determination of the project. In the light of the current use of pig iron in casting, new demands are placed on the amount of lead in pig iron used. Therefore, the determination of trace lead in pig iron has been put on the agenda. In the past, the use of bisulfite colorimetric method for the determination of trace amounts of lead was adopted. Although this method has been used for the analysis of iron ore for a long period of time, the operation is cumbersome and tedious. Cyanide-based drugs are required, which is time-consuming and easy to pollute the environment. We use 75-4B rapid polarography, select the appropriate conditions, the anodic stripping voltammetry more satisfactory solution to the determination of trace lead in pig iron, established a rapid determination of trace lead in pig iron rapid polarographic method.
