目的了解学龄前儿童体成分对于评价儿童营养生长状况的价值。方法选取厦门市区8所幼儿园3~6岁正常儿童1 243名,采用生物电阻抗法进行体成分测定。结果 3~6岁男女童体脂率随年龄增长而降低,且女童体脂率大于男童,去脂体重、去脂体重率随年龄增长而增加,且男童去脂体重率大于女童,基础代谢率随年龄增长而增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3~6岁男童体质指数随年龄增加而降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3~6岁女童体质指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物电阻抗法检查儿童身体成分,评价儿童营养生长状况,在儿童保健门诊或托幼机构可以作为指导儿童合理饮食安排和运动的参考依据。
Objective To understand the value of body composition of pre-school children in evaluating the nutritional status of children. Methods 1243 normal children aged from 3 to 6 in 8 kindergartens in Xiamen city were selected and the body composition was determined by bioelectrical impedance method. Results The body fat percentage of boys and girls aged 3 ~ 6 years decreased with age, and the body fat rate of girls was higher than that of boys. The weight of lean body fat and lean body fat increased with age, and the rate of lean body fat was higher than that of girls Metabolic rate increased with age, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); 3 to 6 years old boys body mass index decreased with increasing age, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 3 to 6 years old girl Body mass index difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions The bioelectrical impedance method examines the body composition of children and evaluates the status of children’s nutrition growth. It can be used as a reference to guide children’s proper dietary arrangements and exercises in child health clinics or nurseries.
