在建的湖北省清江隔河岩工程,是一座以发电为主兼有防洪、航运等综合效益的大型水利枢纽。重力拱坝最大坝高为151m,引水式电厂,电站装机容量为1200MKW,垂直升船机能通过300t级船只,总库容为34亿m~3。本文主要介绍了保坝安全的变形监测系统的总体布置及设计原则。文中详细阐述了监测控制网、坝体变形监测、坝基变形监测及施工期间的变形监测等的布置。对监测系统的设计原则也作了详细介绍。并提出今后的观测工作,应逐步向自动化方向发展;凡属创新的项目,应先做好试验,以保证切实可行。
The Geheyan Project under construction in Qingjiang, Hubei Province is a large-scale water control project mainly focusing on power generation and integrated flood control and shipping. The maximum dam height of gravity arch dam is 151m. The water diversion power plant and power station have an installed capacity of 1200MKW. The vertical shiplift passes the 300t class vessel with a total capacity of 3.4 billion m3. This article mainly introduces the overall layout and design principles of the deformation monitoring system for the safety of the dam. This paper elaborates the layout of monitoring and control network, dam deformation monitoring, deformation monitoring of dam foundation and deformation monitoring during construction. The design principles of the monitoring system are also introduced in detail. And put forward the future observation work should be gradually developed to the direction of automation; all innovative projects, should be well tested to ensure that practicable.
