本文分析1977年1月～1981年12月5年内我院收治的450例剖宫产。重点讨论剖宫产率、指征的变化和对母婴有何影响等。临床资料一、剖宫产率从1977年1月～1981年12月,芷我院自然分娩总数是8827例次,剖腹产450例,其剖宫产率为5.1％。按年分组,1981年剖宫产率最高,为9.1％,1978年剖宫产率最低,为2.3％。其剖宫产率逐年变化详见表1。表1 1977年～1981年各年剖宫产率比较 This article analyzes 450 cases of cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 1977 to December 1981.
