目的探讨头颈部肿瘤患者在接受放疗疗法治疗过程中的营养状况变化以及该变化对于放疗产生的不良反应的影响。方法选择2013年5月至2015年5月期间在我院治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者100例为研究对象,对其进行营养分级,观察并记录放疗期间的不良反应,测定患者的身高、体重和营养摄入量。结果患者治疗结束后体重较之前减轻了5.5%;患者治疗结束后营养状况明显变差,重度营养不良的患者由6%增长至36%;结束后患者摄入的能量大大减少;放疗过程中出现了多种不良反应。结论头颈部肿瘤患者营养不良的比例很高,放疗造成的不良反应症状很多且较严重,要注意增加患者的营养摄入,具有一定的临床意义,还需进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the changes of nutritional status of patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy and the impact of these changes on the adverse reactions of radiotherapy. Methods One hundred patients with head and neck cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were enrolled in this study.
