结合开放式街区理念,提出“基本居住单元”的概念和“城市—基本居住单元”两级结构,分析路网尺度过大给城市和居住区造成的不良影响。以北京为例,指出我国大城市在路网组织方面存在次干路及其以下等级道路数量不足的问题。结合国外优秀案例,提出修编《城市居住区规划设计规范》的方向及有关技术策略。
Combined with the concept of open neighborhoods, this paper proposes the concept of “basic living unit” and the “urban-basic living unit” two-level structure to analyze the adverse impact caused by the excessive urban road network and residential area. Taking Beijing as an example, it points out that there are some secondary roads in the big cities of our country in the road network organization and the problems of insufficient number of roads in the following grades. Combined with excellent cases abroad, put forward the revision of “urban residential planning and design specifications,” the direction and related technical strategies.
