研究了一种低熔点玻璃熔剂——JDN-II熔剂.试验结果表明,JDN-II熔剂特别适用于高温A 356合金熔体的覆盖保护和净化.当JDN-II熔剂的加入量w=0.03时,对A 356合金有着覆盖保护和净化的明显效果:当熔体温度t=857°C时,铝熔体的氢含量C仅为2.6μL/g;当t=750°C时,C降至0.7μL/g.文中还考察了该种玻璃熔剂的净化作用机制.
A low melting point glass flux - JDN-II flux was studied.The results show that JDN-II flux is especially suitable for coverage protection and purification of high temperature A 356 alloy melt.When JDN-II flux is added w = 0.03 , The obvious effect of covering and purifying the A 356 alloy is that the hydrogen content C of the aluminum melt is only 2.6 μL / g when the melt temperature is 857 ° C; when t = 750 ° C, the C decreases to 0.7μL / g.The purifying mechanism of this glass flux was also investigated.
