本文作者对Fischer氏(肝昏迷发病机制中假性神经递质学说的创始人—摘者注)和其同事提出的“门体性脑病的统一理论”表示异议。指出门体性分流时突出改变之一是大脑谷氨酰胺含量大大升高,可高达20~25微克分子/克(正常为6微克分子/克)。
The authors disagree with Fischer’s (“The Uniform Theory of Portal-Specific Encephalopathy”) and colleagues proposed by Founder (Pseudo-Neurotransmitter Theory in the Pathogenesis of Hepatic Coma). Pointed out that one of the prominent changes in the shunt of the cerebrum is the glutamine content of the brain is greatly increased, up to 20 to 25 micrograms per gram (normally 6 micrograms per gram).
