目的探讨第二代天成金芝的免疫功能调节作用。方法选择小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及血清溶血素含量作为观察指标 ,以反映机体细胞免疫、非特异性免疫和体液免疫水平。结果第二代天成金芝剂量在30.0ml/kg时 ,能明显增强脾淋巴细胞的增殖能力、提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和血清溶血素水平 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。尤其是剂量在15.0ml/kg 和30.0ml/kg时 ,巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数都显著高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论第二代天成金芝能明显的增强小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the immunomodulatory effects of the second generation Tiancheng Jinzhi. Methods The spleen lymphocyte proliferation, macrophage phagocytosis and serum hemolysin content were selected as observation indicators to reflect the level of cellular immunity, non-specific immunity and humoral immunity. Results The second generation of Tiancheng Jinzhi dose at 30.0ml/kg, can significantly enhance the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes, increase macrophage phagocytosis and serum hemolysin levels, compared with the control group there is a significant difference (P <0.05 ). Especially at doses of 15.0 ml/kg and 30.0 ml/kg, the phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index of macrophages were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion The second generation Tiancheng Jinzhi can obviously enhance the immune function of mice.
