采用等离子喷涂工艺制得的金属陶瓷涂层其氧化物含量由原始粉末状态的4.00%升至14.54%(重量百分数)。时效温度不变(同为800℃),随着时效时间的延长,氧化物含量也急剧增加。500小时就超过涂层重量的一半为54.54%,1000小时高达70.21%。这些氧化物锈皮的存在有效地阻止了烟气中有害气体和硬质点颗粒对基体材料的腐蚀和冲蚀性破坏,极大地延长了烟机叶片的使用寿命。
The cermet coating prepared by the plasma spray process has an oxide content that is increased from 4.00% of the original powder state to 14.54% by weight. Aging temperature unchanged (with the same 800 ℃), with the aging time, the oxide content also increased dramatically. Half the weight of the coating exceeded 54.54% in 500 hours and 70.21% in 1000 hours. The presence of these oxide scales effectively prevents the corrosive and erosive destruction of the base material by the noxious gases and hard particles in the flue gas and greatly prolongs the service life of the fan blades.
