目的了解和评价视觉识别系统在预防接种门诊标准化建设中的应用效果,为制定预防接种门诊管理规范提供科学依据。方法以新建县、西湖区、红谷滩新区3个县(区)的预防接种门诊为研究对象,将视觉识别系统应用到预防接种门诊标准化建设中,接种门诊统一使用江西省预防接种服务专用标志,严格按照《江西省预防接种服务机构标准化建设视觉识别系统手册》规范运用视觉识别系统。结果新建县、西湖区、红谷滩新区将视觉识别系统应用到预防接种门诊标准化建设中,目前已建成并投入使用。应用视觉识别系统前后相比,在预防接种知识知晓情况、计划免疫服务对象满意度、接种率等方面都有了较大幅度的提高。结论将视觉识别系统应用在预防接种门诊标准化建设方面是必要的,运用效果较好,拟在南昌市其他县区推广。
Objective To understand and evaluate the application effect of visual recognition system in the standardized construction of vaccination clinics and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of vaccination clinic management norms. Methods The vaccination clinics in 3 counties (districts) in Xinjian County, Xihu District and Honggutan New District were selected as the research objects. The visual identification system was applied to standardized construction of vaccination clinics. The outpatient department used the special signs of Jiangxi vaccination services strictly. In accordance with “Jiangxi Province vaccination services standardization of visual identification system manual” norms using visual identification system. Results Xinjian County, Xihu District and Honggutan New District applied the visual identification system to the standardized construction of vaccination clinics and have now completed and put into use. Compared with before and after the application of the visual identification system, there has been a substantial increase in the awareness of vaccination knowledge, the satisfaction of planned immunization service providers and inoculation rates. Conclusion It is necessary to apply the visual identification system in the standardized construction of immunization clinics and has good effect and is intended to be popularized in other counties of Nanchang.
