体力劳动强度的分级涉及到作业工人的劳动定额、劳保待遇及企业管理等问题,以行业划分劳动等级是不科学的。为此,我们对广西关行业的工种进行劳动强度及能量代谢的调查,现报告如下: 内容与方法①工时调查:从被测工种中随机抽2-3名工人为对象,跟随记录一个工作日内各种劳动及休息的时间,连续三天,取均值代表该工种的劳动工时。能量消耗测定:根据工时记录.将类似劳动归类累加。收集各专项劳动的呼出气,并根据公式计算各类劳动和休息的能耗和工作日
The classification of physical labor intensity involves labor workers’ labor quotas, labor insurance treatment and enterprise management issues. It is unscientific to divide labor levels by industry.
