基于东南大学组装4 m×6 m地震模拟振动台系统,提出了系统连接板刚度、液压油柱共振以及系统控制策略三个方面对系统精度的影响。通过试验具体给出了由于系统连接板刚度的原因带入干扰频率14 Hz、由于液压油柱共振原因带入频率为20 Hz的干扰因素,还有因为控制方法的不同带来控制精度的较大差别。最后建议进行振动台试验时必须要综合考虑这些方面的影响因素,才能合理地对结构性能进行评价。
Based on the 4 m × 6 m seismic shaking table system assembled by Southeast University, the influence of system stiffness, hydraulic oil column resonance and system control strategy on system accuracy is proposed. The experimental results show that the disturbance factor brought into the interference frequency of 14 Hz due to the rigidity of the system connecting plate is brought into the frequency of 20 Hz due to the resonance of the hydraulic oil column and the control accuracy is larger because of the different control methods difference. Finally, it is suggested that the shaking table test must consider the influencing factors of these aspects in order to evaluate the structural performance reasonably.
