针对当前地方高校社会体育专业就业形势,社会体育专业人才就业形势不乐观、改行换业现象严重的原因,不仅来自社会需求培养人才“相对过剩”的矛盾、社会需求期望值高和高校实际培养人才能力低的差距问题;还存在专业培养目标的雷同与偏差,以及生源质量水平低,不良的就业观念等多种因素。本文采用文献资料、访谈、比较分析等方法,对地方高校社会体育专业人才就业的现状进行深入细致的分析,并且寻求相应的对策,以期为地方高校社会体育专业建设和发展提供参考。
In view of the employment situation of social sports major in local colleges and universities, the employment situation of social sports professionals is not optimistic. The reasons for the serious change in behavior are not only from the contradictions of social demand-cultivating talents and relative surplus, the high expectation of social demand and the actual training of colleges and universities The gap between the low ability of qualified personnel; there are also the similarities and differences in professional training objectives, as well as the low quality of students, bad employment and many other factors. In this paper, we use literature, interview and comparative analysis to analyze the status quo of employment of social sports professionals in local colleges and universities, and seek corresponding countermeasures so as to provide reference for the construction and development of social sports specialty in local colleges and universities.
