2003年4月1日,瑞萨半导体的成立曾经是半导体界轰动一时的重量级消息;也是日本半导体业企图摆脱多年的沉寂局面,振兴产业,整合优化国内半导体企业的力量而采取的重大决策。《半导体技术》作为行业内的主流媒体一直关注着这个重大决策的成果和对业内的影响。世界范围内企业间强强联合、整合之风尚未平息,由此而为半导体业带来的结果更是业内关注的焦点之一。
On April 1, 2003, the establishment of Renesas Semiconductor was once a sensational heavyweights news in the semiconductor industry.
