近些年来,涉众型经济犯罪逐渐成为经济领域内的一种新型犯罪形式,案件数量和涉案金额都呈现逐年上升的趋势。由于此类犯罪受害人众多,涉案金额较高,给我国社会经济和秩序的稳定以及公民财产所有权造成了极大危害。因此,本文通过研究涉众型经济犯罪的规律及特点,总结办理此类案件的经验和教训,提出治理此类犯罪的对策,达到严厉打击此类犯罪的目的。
In recent years, the involved-type economic crimes have gradually become a new form of crime in the economic field. The number of cases and the amount involved have shown a year-by-year upward trend. Due to the large number of victims of such crimes and the high amounts involved, it has greatly jeopardized the stability of our social economy and order and the ownership of citizens’ property. Therefore, by studying the rules and characteristics of the economic crime involving the stalwarts, this article sums up the experience and lessons learned from handling such cases and puts forward the countermeasures to deal with such crimes, so as to achieve the goal of cracking down such crimes severely.
