详细分析了在地震区选择转换层结构形式的方法,论述了转换桁架总体分析及局部补充计算的方法及应注意的问题。采用有限刚度的预应力混凝土转换桁架,不仅较好的解决了下部大柱网与上部小柱网的转换,而且避免了转换层处在水平力作用下较大的刚度突变及复杂应力,在地震区是较为有利的。转换桁架采用低预应力度 0.5的部分预应力混凝土构件,既较好的解决了大跨度结构在使用荷载作用下的挠度和抗裂问题,又在承载能力极限状态下使结构有较好的延性和耗能能力,取得了良好的经济效益和使用效益
