目的探讨正常面肌运动终板形态学特征,以及神经损伤后再生终板的结构特点。方法用恒冷箱切片,琥珀酸脱氢酶及乙酰胆碱酯酶复合染色,观察研究正常组组大鼠面肌运动终板形态类别及特性,以及面神经挫伤后重获神经分布的面肌再生终权形态特征.结果正常面肌运动终板形态上分四类:Ⅰ型为圆密集型,占44%;Ⅱ型为复合分枝型,占28%.Ⅲ型为简单分枝型,占17%;Ⅳ型是圆形带孔型.占11%.而再生运动终板(第8周),均为较复杂的多圆密集型。结论 面肌运动终板形态类型特异,正常与再生运动终板均以多圆密集型为主。
Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of normal facial motor endplate and the structural characteristics of regenerative endplate after nerve injury. Methods The specimens were collected from the rats in the normal group and the succinate dehydrogenase and acetylcholinesterase staining. The morphology and characteristics of the facial muscles in the normal group were observed, and the facial muscle regeneration regained the nerve distribution after facial nerve contusion Morphological characteristics. Results There were four types of facial muscles in normal facial muscles. Type Ⅰ was round and dense, accounting for 44%. Type Ⅱ was composite and accounted for 28%. Ⅲ type is a simple branch, accounting for 17%; type Ⅳ is a round hole type. 11%. Regenerative motor end-plates (week 8), are more complex multi-circular intensive. Conclusions Facial motoneuron endplate type is specific, and both normal and regenerative motor endplates are dominated by multiple circles.
