氨基酸-山梨醇注射液系一种静脉营养用纯氨基酸混合液,采用猪胰脏蛋白质经酸完全水解,离子交换树脂分离纯化而制成。内含L型氨基酸(17种)总量为3%,山梨醇为5%。其中必需氨基酸组成与全蛋蛋白、人体必需氨基酸需要量及联合国粮农组织/世界卫生组织(FAO/WHO)的模式相近。成品必需氨基酸的含量(E%)为42,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸之比(E/N)为0.7,必需氨基酸与总氮之比(E/T)为3.1,均符合静脉营养用氨基酸制剂的要求。从静脉输入可达到与经口摄入生物价值较高的蛋白质的相同效果。成品以氨基酸自动分析仪测定,其氨基酸组成稳定。又经化学方法及仪器分析(柱层析、双向纸层析、紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、原子吸收光谱)证实,不含肽、核酸及其降解物和还原糖,仅含微量无机离子。因此虽非由纯结晶氨基酸配制,然而各项质量指标均与结晶氨基酸混合液相当,为一纯净的氨基酸制剂。
