[目的]探讨PET-CT系统外照射屏蔽防护对放射工作人员和公众的外照射剂量水平。[方法]依据国家标准,对某院PET-CT系统工作场所进行现场辐射水平和放射工作人员个人剂量监测并进行分析。[结果]该院经屏蔽防护后,PET-CT系统屏蔽防护后,工作场所和周围环境辐射水平低于国家规定剂量限值。[结论]PET-CT系统在正常情况下工作场所及周围环境辐射可达到安全和可接受水平。
[Objective] To investigate the external radiation dose level of radiation shielding workers and the public outside PET-CT system. [Method] According to the national standard, the field radiation level and personal dose of radiation workers in a hospital PET-CT system were monitored and analyzed. [Results] After the hospital was shielded by the shield and the PET-CT system was shielded, the radiation level in the workplace and the surrounding environment was lower than the nationally prescribed dose limit. [Conclusion] The PET-CT system can reach the safe and acceptable level under the normal conditions in the workplace and in the surrounding environment.
