改革开放以来,我国的专业技术职称工作日臻完善,充分体现了党和政府“尊重知识、尊重人才”的一贯政策,也促进了专业技术工作的蓬勃发展。随着社会分工的需要,新的专业技术形成系列并发挥作用,职称评定自然也应随之健全。目前,我国的广告业发展迅猛,广告从业人员大量增加,广告业的成就有目共睹。为使我国的广告业健康发展,更好地为两大文明建设服务,建立广告专业职称系列已经提到议事日
Since the reform and opening up, China’s professional and technical titles have become increasingly sophisticated, fully embodying the Party’s and the government’s consistent policy of “respecting knowledge and respecting talent” and has also promoted the vigorous development of professional and technical work. With the needs of the social division of labor, new professional technologies form a series and play a role, and job title assessment naturally should also improve. At present, the advertising industry in China is developing rapidly, and the number of advertising professionals has increased substantially. The achievements of the advertising industry are obvious to all. In order to promote the healthy development of China’s advertising industry and better serve the construction of the two major civilizations, the establishment of professional title series for advertising has already mentioned the agenda.
