茂名市2012年常规免疫接种率报告和监测系统评价

目的评价茂名市2012年常规免疫接种率报告情况,及时发现工作中存在的问题,提出整改意见,以促进今后工作。方法用估计接种率、差值(D值)和比值(R值)评价方法,对全市6个县(市、区)疾病预防控制中心上报的中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统6种疫苗的常规免疫接种率监测数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果全市报告完整率为100.00%(72/72),及时率为83.33%(60/72),迟报率为16.67%(12/72)。常规疫苗报告率分别为乙肝疫苗(HepB)99.78%(109 080/109 324)、卡介苗(BCG)99.81%(106 214/106 415)、脊髓灰质炎疫苗(PV)99.76%(111 036/111 303)、白百破疫苗(DPT)99.76%(108 755/109 016)、麻疹疫苗(MV)99.75%(112 240/112 517)、乙型脑炎疫苗(JE)99.77%(108 442/108 693)。常规免疫各疫苗估算接种率分别为HepB 105.05%(109 080/103 836)、BCG 102.29%(106 214/103 836)、PV 106.93%(111 036/103 836)、DPT 104.74%(108 755/103 836)、MV 108.09%(112 240/103 836)、JE 104.44%(108 442/103 836)。各常规疫苗D值分别为:HepB 5.27%、BCG 2.48%、PV 7.17%、DPT 4.97%、MV 8.34%、JE 4.67%;除BCG、DPT和JE为可信外,HepB、PV及MV均为可疑。全市各常规疫苗R1~R9值为分别1.00、1.03、0.95、0.97、1.03、0.98、0.97、0.99、0.99,均为可信。结论茂名市免疫规划监测信息管理系统运行较好,报表完整性高,除少数县(市、区)出现迟报现象外,常规疫苗接种报告情况较理想。各县(市、区)监测报告接种率较高,但接种率资料可信度偏低,控制和管理好未入户儿童是提高全市儿童免疫接种率的关键。 Objective To evaluate the reporting status of regular immunization coverage in Maoming City in 2012, discover the problems existing in the work promptly, and put forward the suggestions for rectification so as to promote the future work. Methods The routine immunity of six kinds of vaccines of China immunization program monitoring information management system reported by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 6 counties (cities and districts) of the whole city was evaluated with the evaluation of inoculation rate, difference (D value) and ratio (R value) Inoculation rate monitoring data for descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results The city reported a complete rate of 100.00% (72/72), timely rate of 83.33% (60/72), late rate of 16.67% (12/72). The reported rates of conventional vaccines were 99.78% (109 080/109 324) of HepB, 99.81% (106 214/106 415) of BCG and 99.76% (111 036/111 303) of poliomyelitis vaccine ), 99.76% (108 755/109 016) of diphtheria toxoid (DPT) vaccine, 99.75% (112 240/112 517) of measles vaccine, 99.77% (JE) of vaccine JE (108 442/108 693 ). The estimated vaccination rates of routine immunization vaccines were HepB 105.05% (109 080/103 836), BCG 102.29% (106 214/103 836), PV 106.93% (111 036/103 836), DPT 104.74% (108 755/103 836), MV 108.09% (112 240/103 836), JE 104.44% (108 442/103 836). The D values ​​of conventional vaccines were 5.27% for HepB, 2.48% for BCG, 7.17% for PV, 4.97% for DPT, 8.34% for MV and 4.67% for JE, respectively. HepB, PV and MV were all the same except BCG, DPT and JE suspicious. The city’s routine vaccine R1 ~ R9 values ​​were 1.00,1.03,0.95,0.97,1.03,0.98,0.97,0.99,0.99, are credible. Conclusion The monitoring information management system for immunization planning in Maoming City operated well and the report completeness was high. Except for the phenomenon of late reporting in a few counties (cities and districts), the routine vaccination report was more satisfactory. The monitoring reports of counties (cities, districts) have a higher vaccination rate, but the credibility of vaccination rate information is rather low. Control and management of uninvited children are the key to raising the city’s immunization coverage.
