跨越式跳高是人教版小学体育与健康教材水平三要求学生必须掌握的一项跳跃类项目,它由助跑、起跳、过杆、落地四个动作环节组成。由于小学生还处于身体发育阶段,身体的协调性和弹跳力还不能满足学习的需要,练习起来会有一定的难度。这就需要体育教师在教学时关注学情,细化教学步骤,采用灵活多样的教学方法,充分调动学生学习的积极性,提高学习的质量和效果。现结合自己的教学工作实际,谈谈对小学跨越式跳高教学的
