“对口援疆”、“招商引资”、“改善民生”是新疆“十二五”规划的重要内容,是现阶段新疆经济社会发展的重要工作。“吸引投资”与“缩小城乡居民收入差距”是其重要方面。本文针对新疆固定资产投资对城乡居民收入差距的影响进行实证分析,从调整固定资产投资利于缩小城乡居民收入差距的角度提出建议,以丰富新疆地区可持续发展方面的研究。 The “aid to Xinjiang”, the “investment promotion” and the “improvement of people’s livelihood” are the important contents of the “12th Five-year Plan” in Xinjiang and are an important task in the economic and social development in Xinjiang at this stage. “Attracting investment” and “narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents” are its important aspects. This paper analyzes the impact of investment in fixed assets in Xinjiang on the income gap between urban and rural residents, and puts forward suggestions from the perspective of adjusting the investment in fixed assets to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in order to enrich the research on sustainable development in Xinjiang.
