图1所示的薄壁无缝钢管,两端孔的加工,要保证同轴度和孔公差,技术难度较高。尤其在批量大、生产率要求高的情况下,更不易达到要求。现用普通车床改装(见图1),把车床尾架卸下,装上3~#铣削动力头9;把小、中拖板卸下,装上夹具6。并使夹具、铣削动力头的中心轴线和车床主轴旋转中心线重合(即保证同轴度)。夹具上的定位销2.8可以调整,用来保证两端孔深的公差。
