数控机床的电气故障分为数据系统故障和机械控制故障两大类,前者由NC单元的故障检测程序检测,后者则由PLC的故障检测程序检测,这两类故障都可以通过相应的显示程序在显示器屏幕上作出报警,维修人员可以根据报警的信息对故障进行分析,查找故障的原因。 本讲介绍由NC单元检测的故障和提供的报警信息。这些报警信息在大隈公司提供的“报警和错误表”(ALARM&ERROR LIST)手册中有详细的说明,由于一个故障产生的原因可能是多种多样的,所以手册中只能做一般的论述,维修人员应根据具体情况进行分析。
