血清高密度脂蛋白(High density lipoprotein,HDL)具有抗As的作用,HDL水平与冠心病发病率呈明显的负相关,低HDL-C是冠心病的独立的危险因素。HDL通过多种机制发挥其抗动脉粥样硬化作用,其中最重要的是参与胆固醇的逆向转运(reverse cholesterol transport,RCT),阻止巨噬细胞转化为泡沫细胞,防止胆固醇在动脉壁沉积,并将胆固醇从血管壁运送至肝脏被清除,从动态平衡的思路认识HDL的代谢及其功能,认为中医脾的运化和传输功能可能与HDL代谢及RCT密切相关,提出健脾益气中药可能有促进RCT的作用,进一步研究可望为研发调节RCT的中药新药和防治冠心病提供线索。
