人工麝香为代替中药麝香的原料药,属中药Ⅰ类新药。本研究对其致突变性进行评价。当人工麝香的剂量为1800、700和350mg/kg时,昆明种小鼠骨髓嗜多染细胞的微核率分别为2.8‰、1.3‰和1.0‰;当人工麝香浓度为625、1250、2500和5000μg/皿时,无论加或不加S9混合物对TA97、TA98、TA100和TA102菌株的回复突变作用均为阴性。当人工麝香剂量为360、180和90mg/kg时,小鼠骨髓染色体畸变率分别为1.0%、0.8%和1.2%。上述结果表明,人工麝香没有致突变作用。
Artificial musk is a raw material medicine that substitutes for traditional Chinese medicine musk. It is a new type I Chinese medicine. This study evaluated its mutagenicity. When the dose of artificial musk was 1800, 700 and 350 mg/kg, the micronucleus rate of bone marrow hyperchromatic cells in Kunming mice was 2.8 ‰, 1.3 ‰ and 1.0 分别, respectively; when the artificial musk concentration was At 625, 1250, 2500, and 5000 μg/dish, reversal of TA97, TA98, TA100, and TA102 strains was negative with or without the S9 mixture.
