At present, the tuberculosis patients with newly diagnosed bacteriuria have a negative conversion rate of 95-100% and a long-term recurrence rate of less than 5% after rational chemotherapy, but some patients still fail chemotherapy due to irregular medication or inadequate treatment In 1980, crofton pointed out that the main reason for the failure of chemotherapy is that the patients are not cooperative and can not persist in taking drugs, and about half of the irrational drug use in third world countries is even impossible in the industrialized United States, where 27% of patients can not be prescribed. Rehabilitation cases are currently resistant to the current anti-TB drugs, and treatment is very difficult, which not only leads to the death of patients but also constitutes a dangerous source of infection in society. Therefore, new drugs are urgently needed to solve the treatment problems of such patients.
