头孢三嗪是近年来发展的第三代头孢菌素,与第一代和第二代头孢菌素比较具抗菌谱广、t(1/2)长、穿透力强、副作用小等优点,能对抗引起儿童期严重感染的常见致病菌;如b型流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌和奈瑟脑膜炎球菌等。目前被认为是治疗儿童重度感染的首选药物。本文从抗菌谱、药代动力学和在儿科的临床使用对本品作一简单介绍。
