我厂跃进号小高炉,从1958年7月份投入生产以后,一年多以来,产量不断增加,成本不断降低。高炉利用系数由2.50提高到7.32,冶炼强度平均达到2.75吨/立方米日,有时甚至达到3.3-3.8吨/立方米日,成为我厂小高炉中的标兵。现将我厂跃进号小高炉高产经验介绍如下: (1)炉型比较合理: 这座小高炉没有用耐火砖,内衬为当地的耐火白砂石砌成,耐火度1460℃左右,外壳为普通黄砂石砌成;炉缸,炉腹部份用75×9毫米扁铁箍加固。炉型各部尺寸如下: 有效容积2,937立方米;炉缸断面积0.541平方米;炉腹高度810毫米;炉身高度2130毫米;全高5.2米;炉腰直径1100毫米;炉喉直径720毫米;炉喉间隙180毫
