艺阁,又名抬阁、台阁,是一种民间文艺活动,即舞台造型艺术。就是将舞台造型缩小在方桌一样大小的面积上。它是一种源自中国传统民俗技艺表演,与阵头合称艺阵,常见于迎神赛会,亦传至日本。一般由小孩子装扮成各种历史人物,坐在制作精美的阁子里,由人抬着或搭载于车子上游行街头。另一种是古色古香的传统式花车,车上由真人扮演各种神话、戏剧人物,并布置有花草树木的亭台楼阁,借此呈现民间传说或小说戏曲之故事情节。举凡地方上有迎神庙会、庆典活动,常见艺阁参与游行。本文以台湾的日治时期的艺阁的发展为脉络,分析探究了艺阁的起源、入台,以及其在日治时期的发展、演变,希望能为两岸的历史文化的发展研究增添微薄之力。

The other is the antique traditional floats, the real people play a variety of myths, drama characters, and the layout of the pavilions of flowers and trees, to show the story of folklore or fiction drama. Wherever there are welcome temples, celebrations, common art pavilion participate in the parade. Based on the development of art pavilion during the Japanese occupation period in Taiwan, this paper analyzes and explores the origins and entrance into the art pavilion and its development and evolution during the Japanese occupation period. It hopes to add meager contributions to the historical and cultural development of both sides of the Taiwan Strait force.
