目的 :分析 bcr/ abl融合基因表达水平与α干扰素 (IFNα)治疗慢性粒细胞白血病 (CML )疗效及预后的关系。方法 :应用半定量 RT- PCR方法 ,分析 6例α干扰素治疗的 CML患者不同时期骨髓细胞 bcr/ abl融合基因表达水平。结果 :5例患者 bcr/ abl融合基因表达水平减低 ,临床获得持久完全血液学缓解。结论 :半定量 RT- PCR有助于α干扰素治疗 CML的疗效观察及预后判断。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the expression level of bcr / abl fusion gene and the efficacy and prognosis of interferon-α (IFNα) in the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Methods: Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to analyze the expression of bcr / abl fusion gene in bone marrow cells of 6 CIF patients. Results: The expression of bcr / abl fusion gene was decreased in 5 patients, and long-term complete hematological response was achieved clinically. Conclusion: Semi-quantitative RT-PCR is helpful to observe the therapeutic effect and prognosis of interferon-α treated with CML.
