根据新安—采离心式、七星矿轴流式风 机的实际情况,改进主要安装设计,取得了一定效果。文中例举了几个典型实例,作了粗略对比。通过对比看出,改进后较好的解决了防寒和简化操作环节问题,各项技术经济指标也有所改善。但是,也存在不足之处,如离心风机布置中,有一个反风门正常通风时处于被推离的状态,可能增加漏风量。
According to the Xin - mining Centrifugal, Qixing mine axial flow fan actual situation, improve the main installation design, and achieved some results. The article gives a few typical examples, made a rough comparison. The comparison shows that after the improvement, it better solves the problems of cold prevention and operation simplification, and various technical and economic indicators have also been improved. However, there are also some shortcomings. For example, in an arrangement of a centrifugal fan, an anti-wind door is pushed away during normal ventilation, which may increase the amount of air leakage.
