内容提要底流消能是一种古老而成熟的消能方式,国内外学者对此进行过不少试验研究。但工程实践告诉我们,对其认识和设计思路方面仍有进一步深入研究的必要。譬如,尽管陈椿庭同志已指出过要从消能率和改变水流含能组成去评价消能效果,但在我们设计同志中间,目前仍有人认为低弗氏采用底流消能,消能率低,因而效果是不好的;在复合式消力池设计中,选择消力池参数(坎高及池深)时,迄今见到的文献,均沿袭Л·С·БАЩКИРОВА的主张,即控制坎后发生临界水跃或淹没水跃。本文拟对上述两个问题以及消能率的定义和影响消力池参数选择的因素方面作些探讨。
Abstract Energetic energy dissipation is an ancient and mature energy dissipation mode. Many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of experimental research on this. However, engineering practice tells us that there is still a need for further research on its understanding and design ideas. For example, although Comrade Chen Chun-ting has pointed out that it is necessary to evaluate the energy dissipation effect from the energy dissipation rate and the change of the water flow energy composition, there are still some people in our design comrades who think that low Freesia uses under-current energy dissipation with low energy dissipation rate Bad; in the design of composite stilling pool, when choosing the parameters of the stilling pool (height of the pond and depth of the pond), the literatures hitherto found all followed the claim of Л · С · БАЩКИРОВА that control the critical water Jump or submerge the water jump. This paper intends to discuss the above two issues and the definition of energy dissipation ratio and the factors that affect the choice of stilling pool parameters.
