目的:探讨肠泰合剂结合思密达治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将入院治疗的120例患儿随机分为四组。四组患儿同时给予利巴韦林并补充水电解质的治疗。对照组在此基础上口服规定剂量的保和丸、次碳酸铋以及复合维生素B;肠泰合剂组在此基础上饭前给予规定剂量的肠泰合剂治疗;思密达组在此基础上给予规定剂量的思密达;二者联合组在此基础上给予规定剂量的肠泰合剂和思密达。观察4组患儿给药后所有症状的改善情况,同时观察患儿的不良反应情况。结果:联合用药组总有效率显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),平均腹泻改善时间、平均病程、平均发热改善时间以及平均呕吐消退时间均显著少于其他三组(P<0.05)。结论:肠泰合剂结合思密达用于治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of enterotai mixture combined with Smecta in treating children rotavirus enteritis. Methods: 120 cases admitted to hospital were randomly divided into four groups. Four groups of children given ribavirin at the same time and added water and electrolyte treatment. On the basis of this, the control group was orally given the prescribed dose of Baowan Pill, bismuth subcarbonate and vitamin B complex; on the basis of this, the intestinal taihe dosage group was given the prescribed dose of enterotactic agent before treatment; Smectite group was given on this basis The prescribed dose of Smectite; the combination of the two groups on the basis of the given dose of enterostat and Smectite. The improvement of all the symptoms after the administration of the four groups was observed, and the adverse reactions of the children were observed. Results: The total effective rate was significantly higher in the combination group than in the other three groups (P <0.05). The average diarrhea improvement time, average duration of disease, mean fever improvement time and mean vomiting subsided time were significantly less than those in the other three groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Intestinal Thai Mixture combined with Smectite for the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis, significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
