首先,要与后勤部队业务建设相适应。我军后勤业务种类繁多,技术知识密集,军地通用、半通用专业比重大。技术知识的飞速发展,要求后勤业务建设不断进行知识技术的更新和新领域的拓展。这就为两用人才培养提供了良好的机会和条件。因此,后勤部队培养两用人才,除了一些非通用专业的单位可适当开办民用技术培训班外,不宜脱离后勤专业优势,盲目攀比,过多举办“两头在外”(师资、场地、器材在外,主要为民用服务)的培训班。
