秦岭深处的陕西省兰田县张家坪乡,共有8个行政村,1134户,4628人,由于山大沟深,信息闭塞,人口居住分散,经济文化十分落后,是西安市33个贫困乡之一。自1991年武装部在全乡办起11个民兵教育刊授点后,山乡面貌发生了可喜的变化,刊授点被群众亲切地誉为山区的“业余大学”。
In the depths of the Qinling Mountains, Zhangjiaping Township, Lantian County, Shaanxi Province, there are 8 administrative villages with 1134 and 4628 people. Due to the deep mountains and deep gully, the information is blocked, the population is scattered and the economy and culture are very backward. It is one of 33 poor villages in Xi’an . Since 1991, when the Ministry of Armed Forces set up 11 education militia publications in the township, the appearance of Shanxiang has undergone gratifying changes. It has been honored as an “amateur university” cordially delineated by the masses as a mountainous region.
