通过对难处理金矿石中各种硫化物单矿物进行的细菌氧化试验 ,发现在相同的条件下 ,硫化物晶体显微形貌变化、氧化腐蚀的时间截然不同。黄铁矿是最难氧化的硫化物矿物。黄铁矿细菌氧化全过程可分三个阶段 ,各阶段的黄铁矿显示不同的显微特征。黄铜矿是比较难于细菌氧化的矿物。除了毒砂之外 ,闪锌矿是易于细菌氧化的矿物 ,其它分别为方铅矿、黝铜矿、辉锑矿
Bacteria oxidation tests on various sulphide single minerals in refractory gold ores showed that under the same conditions, the morphologies of the sulphide crystals were changed and the time of oxidative corrosion was very different. Pyrite is the most difficult oxidation of sulfide minerals. The entire process of pyrite bacterial oxidation can be divided into three stages, the various stages of pyrite show different microscopic features. Chalcopyrite is a mineral that is more difficult to oxidize by bacteria. In addition to arsenopyrite, sphalerite is a readily oxidizable mineral, with the others being galena, tetrahedrite, stibnite
