流行性出血热(下称出血热)是一种由虫媒病毒引起的自然疫源性传染病。全身小血管和毛细血管广泛受损,导致主要脏器严重损害,其中并发心律失常比较常见,我们曾对124例出血热作了心电图检查,发现94例并发心律失常。现报道如下。一、临床资料本文病例系我院收治确诊为出血热患者136例,其中并发各种心律失常94例,占69.1%。94例中男73例,女21例,全部均为当地农民。年龄从16岁至45岁占87例。死亡2例。患者既往均体健,无明显心脏病史,骤然起病,未经特殊药物治疗者。一般予入院后 Epidemic hemorrhagic fever (hemorrhagic fever) is a naturally transmitted infectious disease caused by arbovirus.
